How this website handles your enquiry.

Who handles your enquiry

This website is operated by Sthaler Limited, trading as FinGo. When you submit the contact form, you provide your name, email address, area of interest, message and, optionally, organisation.

How the form works

Your enquiry is sent to the FinGo team through Resend, our email delivery provider, so the team can respond. The website does not request finger-vein data, identity documents, account passwords or payment-card details through this form.

Website records

The enquiry server keeps submission identifiers, message hashes, delivery-provider identifiers, hashed network-address identifiers and rate-limit counts for abuse prevention. It does not save the message body or email address in its receipt file. Receipt metadata older than 30 days is removed as subsequent enquiries are handled; inactive rate-limit records are removed after one day. The email itself is handled in FinGo’s mailbox for responding to your enquiry.

Cookies and playback

Optional website analytics are provided by PostHog in our existing FinGo EU project. They start only after you choose Allow analytics. We measure page visits, navigation and press-link clicks, visible sections, scroll depth, press-video interactions and enquiry success or failure. Browser and session identifiers are stored in local storage to connect visits; your analytics choice is stored separately. Events are tagged as production website activity. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses or message text, URL query strings or fragments, and do not enable screen recordings or identified person profiles. Choose Decline analytics to browse without this collection, or withdraw using Analytics preferences in the footer. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Analytics reflects participating visitors from installation onwards and does not cover every visitor. This website has no advertising scripts. Hosting and email providers process request and delivery information needed to operate the site. Its background film respects reduced-motion preferences and can be paused. The separate Website Studio and FinGo account service have their own sign-in requirements.

Your privacy questions

You can contact FinGo to ask about information you have provided, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern.
